First, thanks for your trust on our products. In order to carry out our obligations and maintain customers¡¯ legal rights and interests, Mida Technology set several promises. Please have a look as follows:

I Principles of service and maintenance

The after service of Mida products come into effect from the date of buying (Ensured by the maintenance card). The service of maintenance is valid only when under normal terms. We have no obligation to maintain the product for the following causes: a. customer¡¯s improper using, maintaining and storage; b. disassembly at unauthorized or appointed service center of Mida Technology or damaged by an act of god. If maintained in such instance, relevant charge would be occurred according to the situation.

Guarantee Period

Mainframes:
We carry out the policy of ¡°replace within three months and free maintenance within one year. Any quality problem occurred within three months, you can choose either free maintenance or free replacement.

Accessories:
Three months quality guarantee.

Mida Technology has no obligation for specific, accidental and indirect loss of customers and agents.
Below instances do not belong to the scope of free maintenance:

  1. Can not provide guarantee card, purchasing invoice and receipt of Mida Technology.
  2. Troubles occurred because of reconstruction, disassembly or repair without written permission of Mida Technology or its authorized service station.
  3. Mida Technology¡¯s fragile label broken or missing.
  4. The instances of IC striking through, broken or cracked, control panel damaged, electrocircuit break, rusted or corrupte, components falling off or missing.
  5. Physical damage of man-made reasons such as improper operation or troubles caused by the change of exterior conditions such as connecting high tension electricity, exterior reinforce, falling from high place, water founder and so on.
  6. Go beyond replacement period or guarantee period.
  7. Non-Mida products or fake Mida products

II Remarks you should note when purchasing

1. Ensure that there is a gunrantee card.
2. Ensure that there are relevant invoices and receipts.
3. Ensure that relevant information on the guarantee card were filled in by the dealer.
